REPORT FORM on adoption of the recommendations of the corporate governance code in its activities by the joint stock company

“Mortgage Refinancing Company of Uzbekistan” JSC informs that according to decision of the sole shareholder passed on 25 May 2020, the Company has undertaken, starting from May 25, 2020, to comply with the Corporate Governance Code approved by the minutes of the meeting of the Commission on enhancing efficiency of joint stock companies and improvement of corporate governance on December 31, 2015 under No. 9 (registration number 02-02/1-187 dated 11.02.2016).
