Qualified mortgage portfolio refinancing rate is reduced by 50 bps

To the attention of Participating Financial Institutions (PFIs)!

From June 25 2021, UzMRC refinances all qualified mortgage portfolios at 12.5%, which is lower than previous refinancing rate by 50 bps. However, the interest rate structure stays the same: PFIs on-lend these funds to the end borrowers with a maximum interest rate spread of 5% for mortgage loans to buy a house and 4% for renovation mortgage loans.
